workshop (one) "Inner Dynamics": understand the inner workings and dynamics of life and learn to interpret life positively.
Preamble.

We are often not able to be conscious of our upbringing. By God's grace, He sculpts us through the circumstances of our daily lives and other social factors to make us such unique individuals. Precisely because our growth is unconscious, we are also unknowingly controlled by the dynamics that lie deep within us.

However, we can elevate some of our subconscious experiences to the conscious level and view them positively in the light of God's grace and eternal will to change our behaviour and goals. By uncovering the growth experiences hidden in our subconscious, our faith in God will be strengthened so that we can entrust our future to God and fulfil His will in us.

The following questions will help us search out some of the experiences of growing up that have affected us unconsciously. Let's open our hearts and share them honestly with each other in the group. The more you search out in your potential memories, the more you will learn about and love yourself.

The more positively you can look at your past experiences, the more you will be able to live a mature and abundant life in the future.

1) Try to recall happy events from your childhood before you entered primary school and share them in your group.

2) What events in your pre-school years seriously hurt you?

3) In your group, please share some of your experiences with teachers and classmates in primary school and what were some of the pleasant and sad moments during this time?

4) Try to share an event or experience from your adolescence (between the ages of 13-16) that profoundly affected you.

5) Please share some of your experiences with the opposite sex.

6) Throughout your life, how have you felt about your relationships with your parents and siblings? Try to share.

7) How did they influence your growth?

Summarize:

Our temperament and personality are innate and they subconsciously control our behaviour. It is as difficult to change a person's temperament and personality as it is to change the colour of his skin. However, in the process of maturing, it is possible to consciously call ourselves to accept and adapt to the temperaments and behaviours of other types of people. In this way, we can complement each other, accomplish greater things as a team, and live a more colourful life.
