Course Operation作

1. Before attending the weekly workshop, please log in to this platform and watch the course videos (3 videos, each about 15 minutes).

2. Participants must attend a weekly physical workshop for group communication (3 hours)

3. Arrange a 3-hour online workshop for remote participants

The workshop will be conducted in the form of an interactive workshop. The instructor will create a relaxed and warm atmosphere, guide group members to share their life experiences, and deeply explore various issues in life.
Through this process, you will gain a clearer understanding of the God-given uniqueness of each person and learn practical communication skills that will allow you to grow and benefit from your life in an enjoyable learning experience.

Mentor Introduction

Rev Dr. Francis Ngoi

Veteran marriage and family therapist and trainer with more than 40 years of counselling experience; Founder and Director of Oasis Abundant Family Centre, Singapore; Family Therapist of the London Family Therapy Association; Former Lecturer at Trinity Theological College and Chinese Baptist Theological Seminary, Singapore.
Pioneered the Christian approach to family therapy, "Oasis Family Therapy", which promotes Christ-centred beliefs about marriage and family life, and has published more than 20 books on marriage and family.

Preacher/Doctor Xue Yabo

Oasis Institute Course Director and Family Therapist, China Baptist Theological Seminary Director of Church Counseling, and Cardo International Ministry Course Instructor.
We are committed to promoting the concept of family life rooted in the Christian faith, and cooperate with local churches to cultivate marriage and family ministry co-workers and professional counsellors, so as to provide practical support and guidance for believers' marriages and families.

Teacher Lin Xia

Family therapist at Oasis Abundance Family Centre, Singapore; Director of Neighborhood Time Counseling Centre, Singapore; Clinical member of the Singapore Counseling Association (PCM); Course instructor at Cardu International.
She holds a Master of Arts in Counselling from Singapore Bible College. She has received clinical training in EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), is certified in PREPARE/ENRICH counselling, and is a qualified family education instructor for the MCS programme.
Focus on integrating faith into real life, and accompany people to grow together in the grace and truth of Christ.

I'm deeply grateful for my instructor's patient guidance and companionship during this time, which has allowed me to gain deeper insights and growth on my journey of self-discovery. Through the course, I've gained a clearer perspective on my current situation and gradually learned to accept my true self. My once-vague thoughts have now become more focused and empowering.

The course not only gave me a new understanding of my emotions, behaviors, and values, but also gave me the courage to face my inner weaknesses and insecurities, thereby bringing about real changes. I became more confident and stronger, and I had a stable sense of inner strength.
