Chapter Three
John the Baptist, in preaching the baptism of repentance, specifically mentioned: "You shall bear fruit and unite with the Lord."
A repentant heart is worthy of it!”
This declaration is not just a slogan, but something to be lived out in our daily words and deeds, to change our lives, to put to death our old selves, to live out a new life, and to influence and bless more people to follow the Lord!Chapter Four
Jesus responded to the devil's temptations each time by saying, "It is written" (verses 4, 8, 12). God's word is powerful and can overcome temptation.
I remind myself that when faced with challenges or temptations, I should first turn to the Bible for answers, rather than relying on my own intelligence, experience, and preferences, or conforming to human desires. I pray that God will help me equip myself with His word, clothe myself in the full armor of God, and see through Satan's schemes so that I may not go astray!

Chapter 16
After Jesus resurrected, he appeared to Mary Magdalene and then to two disciples on the road to Emmaus. The disciples still did not believe. Finally, Jesus appeared to the eleven disciples and rebuked them for their unbelief. Only then did they slowly begin to believe in Jesus' resurrection!
Jesus commanded his disciples to go into all the world and preach the gospel to all nations. God gave his disciples authority and power, and was with them, which gave them great faith and courage to go out and preach the gospel.
I pray that God will also help me today to believe that He died for my sins, but ultimately rose again, overcoming all power over death and Hades. Those who believe will be accompanied by miracles, so that I may experience Him and confirm the word He has preached. Amen!

Chapter 13
Jesus repeatedly reminded his disciples to be careful because Christians are subject to persecution and persecution, and must withstand trials and stand firm.
If then anyone says to you, 'Here is the Christ!' or 'There the Christ is,' do not believe them. False Christs and false prophets will appear and perform signs and wonders to deceive the elect, if possible. (Mark 13:21-22)
I remind myself to be cautious, as many false prophets will appear before the end times. I pray that God will grant me the ability to discern right from wrong, to recognize the truth, to not follow the crowd, and to stay away from cults. At the same time, I must always be vigilant, because we do not know when the Lord will come, and we should be prepared to welcome Christ's return at any time.Chapter 14
Peter had boasted that he would acknowledge Jesus even if he died with him, yet he denied the Lord three times when faced with accusations.
I pray that God will strengthen my faith, deepen my love for the Lord, and that I will bravely bear witness for the Lord in any circumstance, follow Him to the end, and not fail the Lord's sacrificial love.

Chapter 11
Jesus cursed the fruitless fig tree, and it withered! God spoke, and it came to be; He commanded, and it stood firm. We should believe in God's power and sovereignty, and not doubt in our hearts.
Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. (Mark 11:24)
If we have doubts in our hearts, prayer is a waste of breath. Only by truly believing can we experience God's power!
If we pray with resentment, God will not hear us. First, we must reconcile with God. God has forgiven all our sins and made a covenant with us to become His children. We must also forgive those who have wronged us, and God will have the same mercy and forgiveness for our transgressions.Chapter 12
Jesus contrasted the scribe, the rich man, and the poor widow, valuing not the amount of money given, but the heart that wholeheartedly loves God. Do I put God first? Or do I only give to God when I have an abundance? In truth, God doesn't need our wealth. We are His creation, and everything we possess comes from Him. God's pleasure lies in our loving the Lord your God with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength!

Chapter Nine
The disciples remained silent, for they were arguing among themselves on the road about who was the greatest. Jesus sat down and called the twelve to him, saying, “If anyone wants to be first, he must be last and servant of all.” (Mark 9:34-35)
In this world, people always fight for power and status, sometimes even resorting to unscrupulous means. But Jesus taught his disciples that whoever wants to be the first and become a leader must, like him, deny himself, become a servant of all people, take up his own cross, and serve others and God!Chapter Ten
The young rich man was unwilling to give up his wealth to follow Jesus. Do I today rely on money, power, status, fame, and so on to gain a sense of security?
Jesus said to them again, “My children, how hard it is for someone who trusts in wealth to enter the kingdom of God! It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich person to enter the kingdom of God.” (Mark 10:24-25)
Jesus reminds us that everything on earth is finite and temporary, and cannot bring us eternal life.
What will it profit a man if he gains the whole world, yet forfeits his soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul? (Mark 8:36-37)
I pray that God will help me to better understand His will, to be mindful of His intentions rather than human intentions, to not be misled by worldly riches and honors, to pursue the true value and meaning of life, and to live an abundant and victorious life.

Chapter Six
Jesus was not accepted in his hometown! Sometimes we also have prejudices against people we think we know well, or we look at people with old eyes. I pray that God will help me not to judge people easily, to condemn others with fixed patterns, and to help me to see people with renewed eyes and in a more moderate way.
Conversely, sharing the gospel with our families is the most difficult. Jesus faced the same problem. I pray that God will help me not to be discouraged or give up, but to persevere in praying for my family. May God's Spirit move them, God's love touch them, and may they ultimately be saved by God and become His children!

Chapter Four
And those sown among thorns—these are the seeds of the word, which are scattered among thorns. Even when people hear the word, worldly anxieties, the deceitfulness of wealth, and other evil desires enter in and choke the word, so that it cannot bear fruit. (Mark 4:18-19)
I pray that God will cleanse my heart, making it good soil, so that I will not be influenced by worldly values, but will prioritize the values of the Kingdom of Heaven. I pray that the seeds of the Gospel may take root in my heart, bear the fruit of the Holy Spirit, and that my spiritual life may mature further. -
