Chapter 12
“When an unclean spirit leaves a person, it goes back and forth in a dry place seeking a place to rest, but it finds none. So it says, ‘I will go back to the house from which I came.’ When it comes, it finds the house empty, clean, and well-maintained. Then it goes and takes with it seven other spirits more wicked than itself, and they go in and live there. The last condition of that person is worse than the first. So will be the same for this wicked generation.”
(Matthew 12:43-45, KJV)
After a person asks the Lord to cast out the demons, he still goes back to his old life and does not allow the Lord to enter his heart and rule, nor to rebuild his relationship with the Lord. This gives the devil an opportunity to take advantage of the situation and let more evil spirits live in.
I pray that God will help me to be vigilant at all times, to constantly examine myself, to confess my sins and repent, to invite God to dwell in my heart and rule, to draw near to God every day and seek God, so that my life may be renewed, that I may overcome all evil forces, and that I may triumph through the Lord!

Chapter Nine
Jesus performed many miracles, healing the sick and casting out demons, not only because he had power and authority from God, but more importantly because those who were healed and saved had full faith. They believed that Jesus was the Messiah, the one true God who rules over heaven and earth, a just, faithful, merciful, healing, and unconditionally loving Father, whose promises would never fail.
May God help me, strengthen my faith, and let me experience God's presence!Chapter Ten
Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse the lepers, and drive out demons. Freely you have received, freely give. (Matthew 10:8)
The scripture reminds us that all our abilities come from God, are freely given grace, and when we serve others, we should also willingly and gladly give them away, paying the price to emulate Jesus. When we are willing to step out of our comfort zones and serve in obedience to God's will, God will increase our wisdom and abilities, provide all the resources, and work with Him to accomplish the Great Commission!

Chapter Seven
We are all imperfect, only God is sinless, spotless and holy. When we judge others, we forget that we also have flaws and can be judged by others. Only a just and righteous God can judge the world.
“"Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven." (Matthew 7:21)
I used to think that baptism meant I could go to heaven and enter the Kingdom of Heaven. But after reading this passage, I reminded myself that I must obey the Father's will, because I fear that at the last judgment, the Lord might say, "I never knew you!" How terrifying that would be!
The Father's will is what God commands us to do, all of which are recorded in the Bible. God's word is not just knowledge that stays in our minds, but must be put into practice and lived out. Faith without action is dead.
Remind yourself to cultivate the habit of reading the Bible and praying, so that you can know God better, understand His will, and live a life that pleases Him!

Chapter Five
Christians may experience suffering and persecution in this world, but we know that God has overcome it. When we know who we believe in, we should be fearless and joyful in both good times and bad, for our reward is in heaven. In good times, we should give thanks; in adversity, we are helped to grow.
Jesus reminds us, “Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you!” This is very difficult to do in daily life. I pray that God will help me to have a forgiving heart, that God’s love will fill me, that I will often put myself in others’ shoes, be keenly aware of others’ emotions, situations, difficulties and needs, pray for them, learn to forgive, listen, and seek God’s wisdom and strength to achieve reconciliation, so that the righteousness and truth of God’s kingdom may be manifested!
Chapter Six
The Lord's Prayer teaches us how to pour out our hearts to God and seek His help. In the prayer, I saw God's sovereignty, mercy, love, provision, forgiveness, and protection, as well as many other attributes and qualities that await our discovery.

Chapter Three
Because the Kingdom of Heaven is near, and the day of God's judgment is near, people are rushing to be baptized, confess their sins, repent, and purify themselves, hoping to receive salvation and enter the Kingdom of Heaven.
John's reference to "bearing fruit" means that after baptism, one must be worthy of repentance, change one's behavior, and live out the example of Christ.
Chapter Four
Jesus responded to Satan's temptations each time with the Word of God, because the Word of God is powerful.
Today, we face more temptations and challenges. As technology advances, the devil Satan's schemes and lies become increasingly sophisticated. If we lack the ability to discern right from wrong, we can easily fall into his trap. I pray that God will help me draw closer to You, that Your word will be my weapon against the devil, protecting me from temptation and straying from the truth, enabling me to stand firm and persevere to the end! -
